6 12 oz bottles grandmas molasses (Nutrients)
2 pounds brown sugar, (Nutrients)
6 Cans tomato paste, (Protein)
4 boxes of Cornflakes or Rice Krispies (solids for yeast to suspend
on)
100 Grams Yeast, (First Recipe Called for Bakers yeast, but I used
ec118).. You have to make a starter. Since a good rule of thumb is
100 grams of yeast per five gallons when using Strait sugar washes,

but the 100 Grams seems to do the trick, its usually formed a cap
with in 8-12 hours,

30 Gallons of water (Filtered prefered)
